Margarita Salazar

Margarita Salazar serves as Target Hospitality’s Vice-President of Human Resources. She is responsible for the strategic development of Target Hospitality’s growing human resources organization, leading recruitment and retention initiatives, and expanding its corporate culture as the company ramps up for significant anticipated growth. With over twenty-five years in the Human Resources field, Ms. Salazar is responsible for leading TL’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and employee relations.

Margie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and her Senior Certified Professional (SCP) recognition from the Society of Human Resource Management. Margie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and a Master of Science Degree in Management and Leadership.
