The Story
In October 2007, the world’s lowest-cost copper producer found itself sitting on a fortune in copper with no temporary housing for the workers they needed to get it out of the ground. That’s when they called us. Ninety days after breaking ground, we delivered a 400-bed modular housing complex complete with all the comforts of home, including three-meal/day dining facility, housekeeping, laundry, Internet café and a state-of-the-art air conditioning system to deal with the extremely hot temperatures of the desert.
Key Challenges
Extreme desert heat. Extremely remote location.
The Extra Mile
Installed classrooms for client to conduct workshops and advanced training classes.
