Any other trademarks, service marks, names, and logos on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. References on our Site to any third party product, process, service, trade name, trademark, service mark, or manufacturer does not constitute or imply any endorsement, approval, recommendation, or favoring by, or association with, TH. Moreover, such third parties do not endorse or sponsor and are not affiliated with TH.
2. Prohibited Uses. 4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Arbitration. All visitors to our Site submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States or courts of the State of Texas.
