SITUATION

Attracting and retaining competent workers relies in a big way on keeping  them safe and healthy throughout their careers. The National Academy of Sciences warned that we’re facing the “Great Crew Change” across skilled labor industries. With the dramatic change to the workforce driven by the retirement of Baby Boomers and the influx of Gen X, Y and younger workers, companies need to be aware of the consequent changes in attitudes, goals and beliefs of these young workers.
